Lets face it you certainly need a report to refer to. After all the work you've done something will be forgotten and it is better to make note now rather than remembering once it a solution is needed ASAP. Formal discussion with team: what worked, what didn’t work, suggestions for next time Ensure appropriate thank-you letters and emails are sent Media follow-up: announce your success Save media videos and articles for referencing and for future promotions Use this exposure next time: mention you were feature in/on this or that Radio program or Magazine Obvious but: archive your planning materials for future events Ensure invoices are received and paid Link to an Article on Event Planning in 10 Steps Comments are closed.
